Rules
Only Basotho nationals aged between 18 and 35 are eligible for the Investment Challenge.
There is no experience required. Only your enthusiasm to learn is an absolute must.
All trading activities are virtual, fictitious and non-binding.
Participants may buy and sell securities as they wish.
Performance will be measured over a six-month period. All investments will be reduced to a virtual cash equivalent value for calculation purposes. The growth achieved during the month will be used to determine performance.
A minimum of 10 transactions are required to be eligible for the Investment Challenge prizes. Additionally, participants are required to have executed a trade each calendar month for the duration of the competition.
Participants can only register their names as they appear on their National Identity documents.
Datamatrix reserves the right to change the rules during the Investment Challenge. Rule changes will be communicated via the monthly portfolio statements and on the Investment Challenge website. Datamatrix may, at its discretion, accept or reject any application to participate in the Investment Challenge or terminate participation during or after the Investment Challenge, for any reason whatsoever. The interpretation of these rules is within the sole discretion of Datamatrix and any decision and/or interpretation in this regard is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
